Custom Boxing Gloves for Gyms: Your First Order Guide

Custom Boxing Gloves for Gyms: How to Plan Your First Order

You do not need to fill a shipping container to order boxing gloves with your gym’s name on them. A club may want gloves for its members, a small retail range at reception, or a consistent set of equipment for classes.

At ME IMPEX Sports, our minimum order quantity for boxing gloves is 60 pairs. We manufacture in Sialkot, Pakistan, and work with buyers on the model, material, weights, colors, and branding before the order goes into production.

The useful starting point is a clear description of what those gloves need to do. A logo file matters, but it cannot tell us who will wear the gloves or how they will be used.

Decide who the gloves are for

Gloves for adults attending fitness classes and gloves intended for supervised sparring need different consideration. If you run several types of sessions, tell us which ones the order is meant to cover. Include whether the gloves will be shared club equipment or sold to individual members.

This helps narrow the model selection before you spend time choosing colors. Discuss the fit, padding, thumb position, and wrist closure alongside the intended use. Choosing a heavier glove does not, on its own, establish that it is suitable for sparring.

Our training and sparring range includes models in 12, 14, 16, and 18 oz. The weights offered for your order should be confirmed against the selected model and your coach’s requirements.

What does a 60-pair minimum actually mean?

A minimum order quantity gives you a starting quantity to plan around. It does not automatically mean that 60 pairs can be divided into any combination of models, colors, and weights.

Before requesting a price, write down the breakdown you would like. If you want more than one weight, give the quantity of each. If you are considering two color schemes, show both. We can then confirm whether that arrangement is available and quote for the order you actually have in mind.

For a first order, consider how much variety you need. Each additional option gives you another quantity to allocate and another detail to approve. A smaller selection may be easier to manage, particularly if you are still learning which weights your members want to buy.

Choose a model before designing the logo placement

Use an existing product as a reference when you contact us. For example, our Goldcrest Microfiber Boxing Gloves have a microfiber outer shell and a lace-up closure. You can refer to that model when discussing a lace-up design, then tell us which details you would like to change.

If your club needs a hook-and-loop closure instead, say so in the brief. A product reference helps explain the direction; the final specification still needs to match your requirements.

For the outer material, we use 1.0 mm microfiber leather in our microfiber glove models. Genuine leather options across our range include 0.7, 0.8, 0.9, and 1.0 mm, depending on the model and product class. We confirm the applicable thickness for the glove being quoted.

These measurements describe the shell. They do not describe the padding thickness or glove weight. Ask about the complete construction rather than comparing material thickness alone.

Make the branding brief easy to understand

Send your logo with an indication of where you want it placed. The knuckle panel and wrist strap are different shapes, so the same artwork may need different proportions in each position.

It helps to show the intended logo size and specify the colors, rather than leaving those details to interpretation. Include any wording you want on the wrist label and identify whether your design uses a plain background or contrasting panels.

Screen printing is our most commonly used branding method. Digital printing and commercial-grade stickers are also options for more complicated artwork, subject to the design and selected surface. Wrist branding can use woven, screen-printed, digitally printed, or embossed labels.

We review the method against the material and artwork. Our private label boxing glove manufacturing service covers the wider customization discussion if you are developing a range under your own name.

Use the sample to settle the details

A sample is your opportunity to check the glove itself. Put it on, close your hand, fasten the wrist, and compare it with your written requirements. Look at the seams and finishing as well as the logo.

Record the changes you want before approving the specification. “Move the wrist logo higher” is easier to act on when you include a marked photograph and an indication of the new position.

Existing-model samples normally take 1–2 days to manufacture. New development can take up to 10 days, including work on the leather texture or shade where required. Shipping is separate.

If a sample can be made from our stocked resources, it can be supplied without a sample charge, with the customer paying shipping. Projects requiring new molds or other special development are charged according to the development work needed. Confirm the sample arrangement before proceeding.

Allow time for production and shipping

Smaller orders normally take 15–25 working days for production. This is separate from transport to your destination. For a club planning a launch or an equipment replacement, the date you need the gloves in hand matters more than the date they leave the factory.

Tell us your destination and required arrival date when requesting the quotation. We can discuss the production schedule and shipping arrangements for that order. Confirm the agreed production start point as part of the order details.

ME IMPEX Sports has been in business since 2007. Our process includes manual checks on individual products through production, from incoming materials to packing. Your approved specification gives those checks a clear reference.

Tell us what your club needs

To request custom boxing gloves for your gym, send us the model or product reference, intended use, material preference, total quantity, proposed weight and color breakdown, and branding artwork. Add your delivery city, postal code, and the date you need the order.

Start with what you know. If the model or branding method is still undecided, explain the result you want and we can discuss the available options.
